In today’s business climate, you got to keep both your hardware and software technology as modern as possible. Unfortunately, most of us under-prioritize the software, which after all is supposed to manage the new hardware. As a result, we invest money in non-compatible components and systems that aren’t integrating with each other, resulting in poor flexibility, steering and control.

By focusing on hardware, we can never avoid its integrated bottlenecks or fully utilize the benefits of the technology. As in other areas, we need to let software become the primary steering instrument for modern CCTV.
